Z-Index problem with responsive theme

  • I’ve got a website built using velvet theme which is responsive.

    however at the top of every page is a banner slideshow built using yoothemes widgetkit. The problem is when viewed in responsive mode the banner is on top of other elements.

    i know its a css issue but cant figure it out.
    any ideas anyone please

    The Velvet (Not Responsive Theme per se) was downloaded from [ redacted, that’s a bad site ] not really sure what’s going on behind this site, please get in touch with them.
