Changing admin language

  • I’m having problems doing this in 2.0.1. File is correctly named (es_ES.mo), in correct location (wp-includes/languages/), directory is 755ed, wp-config edited correctly (‘WPLANG’, ‘es_ES’), but it stays in English. Same applies when tried with French language file.

    I’m having the same problem with Czech file. It did work only with different provider. Now it doesn’t work, no matter which wordpress version I’m using.

    i’m having a similiar problem also with the icelandic language file

    Same problem. I edited thousands of times de wp-config, all chmod correctly hundreds of times, deleting and creating again file and directory, but after upgrading to 2.0.1 the my language is ignored while before was OK.
