Yet another question about line breaks not working

I know there are many threads about this and have read quite a few. In this particular case, I can’t figure out why some line breaks get added when I do a carriage return using the visual editor but some do not.
Here’s an example of a page in progress:

As you can see, there’s a line break after the first sentence. In the vis editor there’s a line break before: “Mario worked in the grocery and catering business…………”
It was entered in the same way as the para above, but doesn’t break.
I have ultimate tinymce with wpautop enabled.

Never mind – not sure why, but it started working again. Maybe I was looking at cached pages – but I don’t think so.
