Pin count sporadic – reinstall?

Hi Phil.
thanks for this plugin – I love it.
I’m having problems though. Some pin counts show and others don’t.
Should I reinstall the plugin? If so, is there anything I need to save or backup before I do? From what I can tell, I need to delete the plugin and then reinstall from scratch, correct?
