Soundcloud is Gold 404 error – can't find playlist

  • When uploading/inserting SoundCloud is Gold html 5 player – I get “404 – Oops! can’t find that playlist”although the URL in the upload/insert dialogue is correct, and indeed works when I click on it.
    I get the same alert if I try to select playlists (sets) that I already have posted, and which are working fine.

    It also works fine on my other site.

    I want to try re-installing, but if I do this, will I have to re-do all my existing uploads?

  • I’m getting this same error with SoundCloud is Gold. My site actually redirects to a subdomain, which has caused problems with a couple of other plugins, but this is grabbing content from soundcloud, so it shouldn’t matter. Anyone know what might be going on here?

    Alright, just figured it out. The old embed code doesn’t work with SoundCloud is Gold, the new embed code is simply [soundcloud id=”99999″] or whatever the id number is for that track. You can see the id number in the old embed code as well, there is just a lot of other information. I feel kind of dumb not seeing this before, but hopefully that helps someone.
