Recommendation? good (free) WP 'business' theme?

just found out a few days ago that the free ‘Canyon’ (By Jinsona Version 1.0.0) wp theme we have been using has some embedded hidden advertising code built into it (so our medical-professional business website is advertising some georgia payday loan company and a whole lot of payday loan keywords without knowing it but the embedded ‘code’ shows up in search for our domains)……… this code is found in the black bar that runs across the top of the theme on every page.

so looking for any recommendations for a good (free) wp business theme that allows for multiple tabs to be created and looks ‘professional’ – the website we built using this canyon theme doesn’t look like a blog at all and more like a website so we need something more along those lines. From when i have seen a lot of the free wp themes only allow for 1 or 2 tabs to be created but we need capability to have 5 or 6 tabs and ideally subpages if possible.
