Problems because of new email

My internet server arbitrarily deleted my email address and subsequently gave me a new one. It’s been a while since I used my web info and now I can’t log in. I reset the password but it goes to the OLD email. There is no contacting WordPress for help. Can anyone tell me what I can do to access my beautiful website.
