Teampro, where do I load photos for the slider option

  • Hi There

    Ok, well I’m able to upload files and photos etc but I need one bit of information which is driving me more frustrated the more time I spend on it. I see the location of my 8 images that are being displayed when I actually ‘right click’ on the image on the site home page.( my site is running ) It tells me its in the themes/teampro/images and then gives slider no. from 1 to 8. Great. When I go to the actual location via the website provider I don’t see any sign of them??? Are they hidden.??
    ALL I simply want to do is know the location of these images and change them for some new ones. So If I cant locate them how do I even do this. I cant believe I’m spending this much time on something that should be simple….HELP..!!!
    Am I able to even do this now without ftp?

    Identify the theme on https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/ or we won’t be able to help.

    Looks like you’re using this one.

    We don’t have access to that theme (do not want access either) so if it’s a theme issue then we can’t help you. Sliders are often built into the theme itself.

    So any idea if Can change the theme for another similar one? Is this easy to do or what? Will I mess up my website.
    That’s very poor that there’s no support for this theme ( teampro ) that I have. I only bought it a year ago. Also, should I have information on that theme on the server that the website sits in?
    Should I be contacting the original guy who set this up for me or what.

    I did search for the theme, by the way, no hits!!:((

    By the way Jan, that is the one. Why don’t you want access to it any more, what was the problem?
    God , I’ve been at this a day. Is there not an easy way to change homepage images on a slider, surly its not rocket science..lol

    What he meant is that these forums only support themes from here:

    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/

    We simply don’t know how themes from elsewhere are set up or work.

    Also, you may not be aware of this but the theme you are using is not released under GPL – which is contrary to WP policy and philosophy — so it won’t be supported here at all.

    I’d actually suggest you find another theme in the interests of supporting the WP community and open source.

    If someone else set it up for you, definitely go back to him/her for help — it’s really an unfortunate situation you are having to deal with. But there’s really not much help we can offer.
