Unable to update playlist order

Hello, so I’ve figured out most of the problems I’ve been having are user-error, but I’ve hit another wall.

I cannot update the playlist order. There is no option to save and once I refresh the order goes right back to where it was.

I am running this on a regular old WordPress single site (not multi-site like I’ve seen in other posts). The problem seems to be in the Dashboard and not the site itself.
