Displaying latest post dynamically in an email?

  • Hi All,

    I am trying to create a HTML email for my guests from within a booking system we use and part of this email i would like to include the latest new from our wordpress site. Is there a way i could grab the image and a snippet of the text from the blog and display into a HTML email with a read more taking the guest off to the blog post itself?

    I hope this makes sense:)
