tabs in wordpress text editor are blank but are there on hover over

    A bunch of my text editor button functions are blank but there when I hover over them. Is there something I can do to resolve. It seems to be the original wordpress tabs not the others from ultimate tinymce.

    Please help, I am a rookie. Thanks in advance again for any assistance.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
