Editing Footer in Shell Lite Them

Hey guys, my website is NEBronx.com

I am trying to edit the footer.php, I know how to make basic edits, however, the footer has a solid bar at the end I think i need to make a
<div class> in the Style.css file in order to add another row, to keep all the info within the black/gray bar.

Can any one help with this?
