Plugin Stopped Working flawlessly after first day

After installing plugin and setting up folder to pull pics from, it worked beautifully. Then 1 day later, it only presented pics sporadically and only on some browsers and devices.
The first day was a beautiful charm in every browser (safari, IE 8, Firefox, and Chrome) and on 3 different devices (computer, 2 android phones, and laptop)
