Widget does not recognize username/password

I’m having the same problem, so would appreciate an answer. I run a site for appoximately 40 users and they can’t use the widget.

I have exactly the same problem. I can still access via the WP login page, but not via the ajax widget placed on the left upper corner of my Sidebar 2. My website: https://www.freereporter.info
