Changing Font Colors

I am building a child theme based on 2012. I am wanting to do three things to my link fonts.

1 Change the non hover state font color. (red)

2 Change the hover state font color. (black or charcoal)

3 Remove the underline from all link fonts.

I want this to be uniform on all links other than navigation, since the nav has none of the above issues. I also want these to do the same on the tablet and phone so my site looks consistently the same on all devices.

I am trying to replace the theme with a responsive one on my site, The Biker’s Garage. I am wanting to retain most of the colors and look as much as possible.

At the moment the theme is in my MAMP development area, so I cannot provide a link.
