Problem with the plugin

Hello! I have a problem with the plugin,with the standard theme Twenty Ten it works correctly but with the theme RealEstate(https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-property/) from ThemePix the sorting of property doesn’t work and also it’s imposible to navigate the pages. Could you help me,please?
