"Slow down; you're moving too fast!" message is too restrictive!

In moderating my plugin’s forum (on wp.org) I am getting the slow down message any time I respond to more than one post in a relatively short amount of time.

I am definitely a human and having to wait 5-10 seconds to respond to each support question is a pain. Can this limit please be laxed down to something that only catches bots and not general people?

If not across the entire forum, at least within our own plugin support section.
