Only Run Plugin on Login Page

Since I only use the facebook login on one page of my site and since Facebook connect slows down my website, I was wondering how to only have your plugin load on a specific page on my site ( https://www.anthonysabilities.com/blog/writer-login/ )? Is it possible?
