  • If you receive the mail and can reply to the user then there is no problem .
    Settings custom from email address is necessary when the mail will not send because the host has a restriction in place.
    The checkbox is only required if the mail still down not send which is rare.
    The email will still appear to be from the user, I believe

    Hi Mike,
    I have had a check back and your right that is how its worked in the past. The reason I was after the alternative behaviour is I have replaced auto registration with a contact form due to many fake registrations. If the emails came from the Website fixed email address I can make sure they don’t end up in the SPAM folder. Maybe a possible option for version 4? Many thanks for all your help.
