I found the solution, see below:

– This removes the little arrow
– shows an image instead

P.s.: the latest version of the plugin didn’t work for me so i needed to downgrade to 1.4.9, see: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/doesnt-work-with-optimize-press-theme?replies=5#post-3767395
