(Permalink change) FROZE

  • I am new to WordPress and need some help.
    After I changed on existing page the last thing I wanted to do is to change the permalink title, but
    I got stuck on permalink and can’t get anywhere with it. It look like this:
    Permalink: https://centaurmachines.com/?page_id=1993 Change Permalinks View Page
    Instead of (edit) now I have (Change Permalink)
    I have tried “setting” without any success.
