• Hi guys,

Just helping my lady out with her website. Images aren’t centering, when “Centered” option is selected in image properties. The HTML seems fine. As does the style.css.

    The site is https://www.rrsahm.com.

Check the most recent two posts for examples of what I mean. Posts prior to that have been imported from Blogger.

If anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them.

    Thanks in advance!

    Neil

  • The source code reveals some extra quotes in the HTML…try cleaning up each post without cutting and pasting…also review where to place the cursor when adding an image…which is after a paragraph is closed, hit enter in the editor then add your image…

That said, some work on the img css may help (could be theme or plugin related)

Looking at the HTML source code, I don’t see the class “aligncenter” anywhere in the image tag. Could it be that your theme is stripping that out? It would be odd if it did.

How about if in the WYSIWYG editor you use the <p> align center?

@seacoast Web Design mentions a good point. I hadn’t thought about plugins.
Maybe try deactivating all plugins and switching themes and see if you can find the root cause.

I would also try alignleft and aligncenter just to see if those are also affected.
