No Admin login

  • I installed a plugin for changing the background on the login page today, didnt like it so I uninstalled it, logged out and straight away my
    wp-admin screen now redirects to a 404, page not found screen on the site.

    I have tried renaming the plugins folder to see if that would help by deactivating them but still no luck

    any ideas?

    I should also add that I tried removing renaming the theme to hpefully reset it to a default but the page just comes up blank instead
