Songs playing twice, one over the other

I have Audiobar installed on my personal website – theoholloway.com – WP 3.5, Wu Wei theme – the only other plug-in being MaxButtons. When you play a track, it starts, and then a few moments later, another copy starts over the top of it. When you go to pause it, only one copy stops.

This is a bit of a show-stopper – any thoughts from anyone?
