Add/View External Links – With Images

I currently own/operate https://www.UndergroundFlix.com which will eventually be a database full of movies and entertainment but in order to that, I am missing one giant step. I need to involve active users and lower my work load by allowing them to add external links to videos that are no longer working. I thought about using collapsable comments but the collapse-o-matic plugin is currently causing me trouble. Is there an easier way to do this?

-MY GOAL-
I want to have an image link that says ‘View/Add External Links’. This would be located underneath each video below the ‘content’ section.
Once clicked this image would expand to show a comment form that would allow a registered user to add a URL – and below the form it would show URLs posted by other members that have already been approved.
The URL will then need to be approved by me before it is posted on the site.
If approved each particular video host – youtube, putlocker, vidxden, etc – would have a particular image attached to the comment to indicate where the video is hosted externally.

If I have not provided enough details please let me know. I will more than willing to discuss this situation through any means necessary, chat, email, phone … whatever.
