Please Help: How to uninstall and reinstall www.ads-software.com

  • It started in 3.5 so I upgraded to 3.5.1 that didn’t work, changed themes, uninstalled all the posts, pages, media, reinstalled, I am (fresh from wp.com), tried different themes like twenty eleven, twelve, something like that, cleared the cache and browsing history, changed from chrome to internet explorer, still same results but worse. Started a thread on the other forum, when I tried to add to the post it says topic has been closed but yet no replies. I have been all over the forums looking for answers. Bluehost says I need to reupload from the original source, well they don’t show up even on a fresh upload. A week after I started, I woke up to a crashed sidebar, now I just have a crashed blog, sometimes it shows sometimes it don’t but the archive for sure doesn’t, just a little here and there. This is the last thing I can think of. Uninstall and reinstall.

    and if I do uninstall and reinstall am I going to have to have wordpress.com transfer my followers all over again?

    So I find out that when I upload to my media folder something in between my computer and wordpress is renaming the file. He showed me my files in the control panel. But for future uploads I don’t know what to do.
