Upgrade to 3.5.1 add media button and visual editor not working

  • Upon upgrade to 3.5.1 the add media button and visual tab no longer work. (click and nothing happens).

    No plugins are installed.

    Adding define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true); to wp-config and the code works.

    Error console shows
    Type Error: e is undefined

    Theme is using current version of jquery (1.8.3)

    Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks

  • Sounds like a jQuery conflict to me. You’ve tried deactivating plugins and temporarily using the TwentyTwelve theme, I take it?
