How to merge 2 sidebars from the end of them to the bottom

When you have installed and activated Content Aware Sidebars, go to Sidebars > Add New.

Like any other post/page, pick a relevant sidebar title. Afterwards you select where to show this new sidebar, e.g. with all posts or with posts from a specific category. Then, under “Handle” in the right side of the screen (see [1]) you pick “Merge” and the existing sidebar you want to merge with. We call this the Host sidebar. “Merge position” determines whether the widgets in your new sidebar should be put before or after the widgets in the Host sidebar (i.e. top or bottom).

Finally you click on Publish and go to Appearance > Widgets where you can play around with the widgets you want in the new sidebar.

And I want to merge the left and the right sidebars as just one sidebar under the widgets that I placed to left and right sidebars.

Any ideas?

I am not sure if I understand your problem correctly. Do you want a third sidebar to appear right under your existing two sidebars?

If this is the case, it is actually out of the scope of this plugin. It can easily be solved though; you will have to register a new sidebar in your theme and display it in sidebar.php like the two existing sidebars.
