Not working with generated avatars

We try this unique plugin in a 3.5.1 version but unfortunately it does NOT show any of the generated avatars like:
Wavatar (Generated)
MonsterID (Generated)
Retro (Generated)https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/live-comment-preview/
