How did you bypass the "must-use" requirement for plugin loading?

    It not needed, what this plugin does is remove all hooks from the wordpress globals, thus the plugin functions do not get called. How does the plugin determine which hook belongs to which plugin? reflection ??

    The downside is that you can’t disable caching plugins, but the upside is that it is easily installable.

    In the plugin itself you can use the general settings to set globally which plugins are loaded where. These settings can be overwrited by the metaboxes on each post/page.
