I’ve been using printfriendly plugin since past few monthy, it was very perfect for my requirements and readers loved to use it.
But suddenly today, it has started giving headached.

    1. if I allow javascript (lightbox) “yes”, then printerfriendly is not optimising the article but it only shows the regular webpage (with sidebars and stuff) and when I click on print button, it gives blank PDF file. see this screen

2.if I disable Javascript (lightbox) then printerfriendly redirects the user to printerfriendly page. But in this page, the ‘optimised PDF’ doesn’t have the text effects such as strikethrough or underline. see this screen

by the is there any remote chance that problem could be because of htaccess? because recently i made some settings in my htaccess to prevent some bots and useragents.

    sidenotes:
    1. tested on both chrome and firefox
    2. plugin updated to latest 3.2.0
    3. tried enabling and then disabling the plugin. but it didnot fix
    3. cleared WP supercache but still didnot fix.
    4. my domain is Mrunal.org
    5. IP 46.4.67.19. (of printfriendly) is whitelisted.
    6. even added that javascript into my theme’s footer.php but still didnot work.
    7. I’m not using wordpress 3.5 yet, because some of my plugin will breakdown. so right now I’m on wordpress 3.4

    <b>update to previous post</b>
ok I updated my WordPress from 3.4 to 3.5.1 yet the problem persists.
I also have a demo blog in a different host for testing purpose and the printfriendly plugin works fine there.
The difference between live site and demo test site is only the htaccess.
So, I think problem is definitely with the htaccess file.
