Stage editor and Preview not working as expected

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    Optin Revolution version: 1.1.3
    Browser: Google Chrome 24.0.1312.57 m

    Hello! I have just installed Optin Revolution and I am having trouble setting up my popup. The stage editing tools do not appear as they do in the tutorial videos and the “Preview” button does not work: clicking it does nothing.

    When I play around with the settings and click “Save settings”, I am sometimes redirected to a completely blank page with just the word “success” displayed at the top left corner. I must then click back to return to the optin editor.

    I have tried a re-installation of the plugin, as well as disabling other plugins and reverting to the default theme as suggested.

    Do you have any suggestions for me to solve the problem? Please let me know if I can provide any more information to help diagnose.

    Can you please test with the wordpress Twenty Eleven theme.

    Thanks for the reply. I gave that a go, but unfortunately made no difference. The stage and editor look exactly like the screenshot I posted.

    I am having the exact same problem. Really want to launch my site in the morning and would like to use your plugin.

    I will upgrade to Pro when released if this problem is resolved.

    Any update on this issue? I have/had the same problem. After editing my user to display the visual editor, the stage editor started to look like the one in the video. I still have the problem with the “completely blank page with just the word “success” displayed at the top left corner”. Also the preview button does nothing

    As iv mentioned, now the editor looks like the one in the video. But thats it. When i press any of the buttons nothing happens. Iv tried on firefox, chrome and ie.

    I`v managed to upload a photo. When i activate the popup, a blank white popup appears on the website. No close button or other mean of closing the popup

    As we use the WordPress TinyMCE 99% of these problem is from a theme or plugin hijacking the TinyMCE in WordPress.

    Disable your theme and use the Twenty Eleven theme as a test. Let me know if it’s working.
