Sale, Recent and Featured Product pages

  • Hi all,

    I am trying to create product archive pages that only display Sale, Recent and Featured products (3 separate pages). These pages need to display the product archive sidebar which contains and “Layered Nav” widgets.

    Have tried creating a new page.php template that calls the sidebar from archive-product.php and use the Recent and Featured products shortcodes, but the “Layered Nav” will only appear on product archive pages.

    I have also attempted to create a product archive page with a custom loop, but I manage to get the same result as page.php template or stuff it completely. I know just enough PHP to get me into trouble ??

    Hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
