Get rid of Country Field in Address Set

    You have two options:

    1. Manually build the address field using standard fields and arranging them with Field Layout
    2. Use the recently updated vfb_address_labels filter to build the output like you want it

    Option #2 obviously gets you the advantage of an address being in a single field. I don’t have updated documentation for that filter yet, so you’ll have to check out the source code for now.
