Theme options not updating

  • Hi, I have a problem with a theme installed on a Multi site called ‘community forum pro’. I update the theme options such as font, colour and header positions and they don’t update.

    I use a child theme and have tried to experiment with activating the actual theme and also tried deactivating plugins with no effect.

    I don’t know php code and nor do I know where to look in the WordPress files and the developer support is not coming through.

    Any ideas for help or fixes would be so appreciated.
