Conflict with Role Scoper plugin

In the following situation, links to custom post types in the ozh menu become “/wp-admin/href=”, and their dropdown menus do not appear.
- editing a custom post type (“/wp-admin/post.php?post=any-post&action-edit”)
- Role Scoper is activated
- The user is not an admin
