• I have a few sites that are running a mobile detection plugin that auto-detects mobile devices and redirects users to a mobile specific version of the website (on a sub-domain). It seems when the W3 Total Cache is installed, it is causing the mobile detection to stop working. (ie. sleepshop.ca) Any ideas how I can fix this so the mobile detector takes users to the mobile site?

Enable User Agent Groups and add the url to redirect to in “Redirect users to” textbox. If you need to, add the user agents used by the mobile redirect plugin in the User Agents text areas.

Hi. I tried that without anything in the user agents text area and now my domain only goes to my mobile site and I can’t log back into it. I’ve now deleted total cache plugin and I still can’t get rid of this redirect? Help!

Hi Frederick, I’ve resolved my issue above. I have also got the mobile redirection working via W3 Total Cache with the user agent groups. My issue now is that on my mobile site, I have a link back to the full site, (www.mydomain.com/?mobileBypass=true) but it no longer works… It just stays on the mobile site. Any ideas on how to bypass this to allow users to load the full site if they wish to?
