Press This available to Authors

    I was reading through the Roles and Capabilities section of the Codex and noticed that Manage_Options is only available to Administrators. I’m setting up a website where there will be about 5 people as Authors. Is it possible for them to have a Press This button as well? Seems like it would make Authoring easier ??

    Yes it would be useful. Thus, Authors should not have any trouble using Press This. It does not require Manage_Options capabilities. The required capabilities vary depending on what precisely is being attempted, but most Authors will be able to use it as they desire.
