Drag and drop widgets isn't working

I manage about 10 wordpress sites. For some reason 3 of them won’t let me grab widgets to add them to sidebars. They are three on the same domain (one on the primary and two folders.) But there is a four instance the works fine. I just noticed this issue today and can’t find where I changed anything on these recently that could have caused this. Anyone have advice?
