Not sending mail

    Hi,

    This was previously working perfectly.

    2 things I’ve changed:-

    – pointed my domain https://www.curveaudio.com to the root of my server

    – then created a redirect from root to the /directory where WordPress is installed

    The plugin is now not sending mail.

    Troubleshooting:-

    – Deactivating and re-activating the plugin

    – Removing version 3.31 and installing version 3.34

    – Changing send format in options from Wp-mail to Mail

    – Removing version 3.34 and re-installing version 3.31

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello Systemv1,

    Please can you clarify, did it work before your redirect?
    the fact is that the form transfer the data to the server with help of global variable $_POST. And if you done the incorrect redirect, then this data can be lost and then the form can’t form.
