Website disappeared

Hi

I am new to wordpress and have been working on my site for the last couple weeks. Yesterday it started to act “funny” (having trouble logging into the admin page, or viewing the website because it would expire/time out) Today I cannot login to the admin page( it says “page not found”) and when you go to the website it is a blank page.

I have not recently downloaded any plugin and I updated wordpress maybe a week ago (and logged in fine right after it loaded)
