after updating the plugin, admin panel broken!

  • getting http 500 internal server error.
    the error log file says:

    I’ve chmoded those 2 directories to 777 (/wp-content/cache/tmp/ didn’t exist, I had to create it) and now it works… but isn’t that chmod a security issue?
