Upgrade from 0.9.2.5 to 0.9.2.8 file permission errors still unable to clear

I upgraded from 0.9.2.5 to 0.9.2.8 3 wordpress blogs, two worked fine, one still gives the following error (all hosted on by Amerinoc):

The creation of cache / configuration files failed.
The directories with incorrect permissions are: /usr/home/mysite/domains/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/cache and /usr/home/mysite/domains/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/w3tc-config. Currently directory permissions are: 777. Please enter FTP details below to automatically resolve the issue.

Any ideas how to clear this error?

Also what should the final permissions be on these directories?
