Manually added videos get deleted

Hi,
I found a way to add videos manually, including the thumbnail, etc.
However, all the videos I added manually get deleted with automated daily check on subscribed channels.

What is the proper way to add a single video from some other authors from youtube and make sure they do not get deleted with a daily sync?
