Captcha incorrect…but it isn't

    Hi, I’m using captcha with Formidable forms.
    When I test my contact form and enter the captcha it says its incorrect and won’t send the form, but I’m answering correctly. I tested many times.

    Not sure what’s going on, I use this plugin on all my sites, and just this new site is having problems. Please help, thanks
