WYSIWYG Visual Editor Doesn't Work In Freshly Installed WordPress

Installed WordPress using Softaculous software installer from the cPanel.

It works great and install WordPress as it should be.

So I was about to make a new post but only the plain text editor was presented to me.

I click the Visual Editor button but nothing happen. (I was using Google Chrome)

So I tried with Safari, Mozila Firefox and Opera.
It still doesn’t work.

Tried both on Chrome and Safari on my iPad mini, still the problem persist.

So I reinstall WordPress using the Update page in Dashboard.

The problem still persist.

Is it just me or everyone else having the same problem with me using this version? (3.5.1)
