On click "Deny", bottom bar pop ups after 2 sec

Hey,
I can’t seem to find an answer to my problem:
I have a bottom bar on my website (https://expertingaming.com) where I ask for cookie-confirmation. When the users clicks “accept”, I have no problem, the bottom bar disappears. But in case they click “Deny”, the bottom bar keeps popping up, and they can’t click it anymore.
I have no javascript executed when the cookies are on or off.
