I think you’re gonna need to provide way more details than that…

what do you need cause this is a pain

the site is laggy it wont let you change the state some times … goes thru to paypal area then sits and spins …. and sometimes just keeps going back to the main page of the site in the middle of checkout …

Many things can cause that to happen…theme, hosting…plugins…etc..

I suggest you go back to default theme like 2012/2011 theme. Turn off all plugins except WooCommerce and re-test. And what hosting do you have?

    Thread Starter daveritchieaz

    godaddy

im useing a woo theme also …

    Roy Ho

    (@splashingpixelscom)

That is your issue number one…godaddy is one of the worse host to use in the industry…That is why I asked because I had a hunch you were on godaddy

i have 2 other woo sites with out this issue …. on godaddy … so lets try a diffrent approach … i just redid the whole site from scratch no plugins but woo commerce … 2012 theme …. still stops at the paypal entry

    Thread Starter daveritchieaz

puts it as pending in orders

The hosting issue was related to your sluggish performance…But if you choose not to believe me, thats fine.

As for your other issue, you need to give more details. What does “stops at the paypal entry” means? Screenshots? Error message? Please provide these…Perhaps shows us URL?

    (@daveritchieaz)

after you go to your cart and press the place order button it just sits there with the spinning blue balls

    Thread Starter daveritchieaz

    (@daveritchieaz)

and really its not sluggish in any way … i have a grandfathered accoun t with godaddy ive had them for 10 years ,,, pretty fast

    Roy Ho

    (@splashingpixelscom)

Then you haven’t seen fast…no offense..

Anyways…if you have spinning balls of death, it would indicate a JS issue…again I can’t tell for sure unless you show URL.

Do you have SSL setup? And can you turn off all shipping settings…including plugins.
