Not working with 3.5.1

This is very frustrating! This plugin correctly uploads images (as evidenced by seeing them on the server) so all my permissions are correct, but after uplaoding, the images are not shown inside WordPress, which makes the plugin completely useless!
I wanted to use it with a StudioPress theme which has support for wp-cycle hard-coded. Since the plugin author CHARGES $29 TO MAKE HIS PLUGIN WORK, I can do nothing more than to contact StudioPress and suggest that they find an alternative that actually works!
