Excessive H1 headings

  • Hello,
    I am optimizing my blog and my optimization software says that I have excessive H1 heading on all my pages. So what file do I edit to change the H1 headings to H2, H3, H4 etc? I don’t see excessive H1 headings in any file in Appearance-Edit Themes.
